People still see a value in high street Estate Agents

More than half of buyers and sellers still want face to face, high street Estate Agents to talk to and support them with the sale/purchase of a property, according to a recent survey. Property Industry Eye recently reported these figures from a Winkworth survey of 1000 people, suggesting there is still real value to a high street presence. 56% wanted face to face communication, much more than other forms of communication such as telephone, email, online chat and apps. Even with the younger age range, talking face to face was the preference of 52.5%.
