New asking prices, UP...

According to a recent article and figures from Rightmove, asking prices have gone up again and are now averaging £309,439. Along with a north / south divide where supply is concerned, we are once again in the right area, here in the South. This increase in the asking price from new sellers has happened for the last 3 months so is a promising sign considering the political uncertainty we are seeing.
