Good news figures from the Private Rental Sector

Figures coming from a recent Government, English Housing Survey, show that 1 in 5 people in the UK live in private rented accommodation and 84% of those are happy. This is in comparison to 81% that are happy with the social rented sector. Other figures coming out show that the majority of people are happy with landlord repairs and maintenance in the private rented sector.

This report, shows encouraging figures coming from those in the private rented sector which is good news for us here in our Lettings Department. And the fact that 60% of those surveyed state they eventually want to buy their own property, so more good news for Selling property.
