The number of Londoners now buying outside the capital is at an all-time high. Statistics have shown that 42% of sellers leaving prime areas of London for a home elsewhere in the UK, relocation to the Home Counties remains the most popular choice. The commuter hotspots of South East England have consistently been the most popular areas, allowing buyers to maintain strong connections with London. Almost half (48%) of those leaving prime London chose to relocate to the South East*. With excellent commuter links, outstanding schools, market towns and substantial family properties on offer, now is the time to showcase your property to the London market who are looking to stretch their spending power.

On Wednesday 18th April 2018, several of our negotiators will be travelling to our London Mayfair office for a showcase of our Sussex properties.
