COVID 19 update
With recent concerns surrounding COVID-19, we would like to make you all aware that during these uncertain times, we are doing everything we can to protect ourselves and you. Therefore, in light of recent Government guidelines our offices are now closed, but members of our Sales and Lettings teams are available to help you via telephone or video call or email. We feel for those that are personally affected by this outbreak and all the key workers that are working so hard to reduce impact and slow spread of the coronavirus in the UK and around the world.
Please bear with us as our Sales and Lettings teams are working in unprecedented circumstances but doing their very best as always, but we want to work with you to get through this unprecedented and difficult period as quickly and as best we all can.
We will be in contact with all our vendors, especially those with a sale progressing. We will not only remain in contact with you and your buyer, but also with the solicitors, even whilst we work remotely.
If keys are needed to be collected we will have a designated key holder who will be able to meet you at the office to hand over the keys on completion.
It is likely that circumstances may change again in the coming days, so we will make sure we work with you throughout this and keep you informed as best we can.
