I have recently rented a flat in Horsham from yourselves - Karen consistently delivered exemplary customer service from start to finish. The whole process from expressing our interest in the flat, to moving in, was quick, efficient, and stress free. Karen was in regular contact with me throughout the rental process, and made sure there were no delays. I would recommend renting a property through GL as they are a friendly and helpful letting agency, who deliver their promises, and in my experience this is rare! I have rented properties for over 15 years and this is the best rental experience yet!

A  Landlord’s agent has both the interest of the Landlord and the interest of the Tenant to look after. As a tenant I want to thank you for the efforts you have made on my behalf through a difficult period in our lives. There are two sides to the Landlord – Tenant relationship, the legal and the human. The legal side is easy or at least straightforward, the human side is not. As you know, we are not tenants by choice, and this has created tensions which you have dealt with fairly and with kindness. In 2001 a decision was made to instruct GL & Co, rather than a local land agent, to deal with the residential property lettings on the estate. It was a decision which we have not regretted. GL & Co have consistently found us excellent tenants (perhaps a bit too excellent from the point of view of the agent as the turnover has been very low) and have been sensitive about potential issues which may arise when letting residential property in the heart of an estate with public access. Cathy Moore and her team have dealt with the problems which inevitably occur with calmness, speed and efficiency. Rents have been collected and remitted promptly with clear accompanying statements.
