Neil Moore - Managing Director - 01903 742354
Neil started in the industry in the early 1980’s working for an independent estate agents in Berkshire before moving to a Sussex regional firm. Managing his own office by the time he was 20 years old he took the step to start his own estate agency business in Worthing in 1987. A baptism of fire is the only way he could describe running his first business but thrived until the property crash of the early 90’s when the challenge of the coastal market was struggling so much that he decided to move north of the South Downs and started Guy Leonard & Co in association with Humberts Estate agents in 1992, with his then business partner Guy Leonard.
He never looked back! The business went from strength to strength handling some of the most desirable properties in the South Downs. Hard work, tenacity and a resilience to cope with any market conditions have brought us to where we are today. Guy retired in 2007 and Neil and his wife Cathy have carried on the mantra, ‘striving for excellence and accepting only complete success’. At times business has been challenging and after 2008 Cathy and Neil also diversified into holiday cottage lettings, now with two successful business in Sussex and Cornwall.
A business is all about the people in it and he is proud to have built an excellent team of people who proactively make a success of the business.
Neil lives in the delightful quintessential village of Amberley and is incredibly proud of his family, three daughters and two grandchildren (at the time of writing). He has little leisure time but enjoys time with family, cycling over the South Downs, driving one of his Classic cars or spending time at their holiday home in the Balearic Islands. ‘I love work and thrive on it, I have had the privilege of meeting and working with some fantastic and interesting people in my career, this and building successful businesses, is what continues to drive me on a daily basis, to be better tomorrow than I am today'.
Cathy Moore - Director - 01903 744166
Cathy started working in estate agency in 1982 in Petworth, moving on a couple of years later to Grayshott, near Hindhead. She had a career break from 1988 until 1992 as she had two little girls to care for.
Cathy joined when the company was set up in March 1992, working on a part time basis to fit in around the children. This role within the company grew (as did her family - she now has three daughters), when she took over the running of the letting department. Cathy now focuses on lettings together with the administration involved with running the company. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, walking and spending time with her family.
Peter Hossack - Director - 01903 742354
Peter has worked in estate agency for over 10 years. He started in the corporate world of estate agency and waited two years to join GL & Co as the next step in his career in estate agency.
Peter always felt he could service his passion for people and property working for GL & Co, and he has built up a successful relationship with the local area and the people living there.
Having previously worked in IT and Media, Peter now feels he has found his true vocation in life.
Sarah Carter - Operations Manager - 01903 742354
Sarah joined GL & Co having previously worked in Central London for the UK's leading property media buying agency.
Sarah grew up in the Pulborough and Storrington area, so knows knows West Sussex well and has moved back to escape the hustle and bustle of city life after getting married.
Sarah has previously worked for GL & Co during her time at university and is very pleased to be back in the award winning family run business.
Craig Bellas - Branch Manager - 01903 742354
Craig joined GL & Co in 2010, having previously worked as an estate agent covering Worthing, Goring, Brighton and Lancing.
He has lived in the local Storrington area for over 20 years, and enjoys working in the area he grew up in and the interesting range of properties the area has to offer. He particularly likes the focus GL & Co place on their clients and ensuring they receive good service at all stages of the sales process.
Isabel Neighbour - Senior Sales Associate - 01903 742354
Isabel has worked in Estate Agency for over 10 years. She first started her career in Surrey then moved to West Sussex in 2008 where she gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the property market. Outside work, Isabel enjoys property renovating & dancing. Family life is very important to Isabel and she often spends a lot of time with her two sisters who are also Estate Agents in West Sussex

Justine has worked in estate agency for over 18 years and her experience has covered all arms of the industry from sales through to lettings and property management.
She is someone who is extremely customer service orientated and very much a people person and enjoys the entire process from registering a client through to giving them the key to their new home.
Pat Barnes - Secretary - 01903 742354
Pat joined GL & Co, Storrington office as an administrator in 1998 and also worked in estate agency prior to this. Starting on a part-time basis, Pat has been working at the office full-time for a number of years now and enjoys the varied role and busy front office atmosphere.
Having lived in the area for over thirty-five years she definitely has much knowledge of the local neighbourhood and when not working, Pat enjoys family life with her young grandchildren and helping in the local community.
Jessica Goodchild - Secretary - 01903 742354
Jessica joined GL & Co in 2017 after returning to West Sussex from London where she spent 15 years working as an Executive Assistant in the financial sector.
Jessica works two days a week alongside her own hypnotherapy practice focusing mainly on helping people with stress, anxiety and depression. In her spare time she enjoys walking in the countryside, yoga, traveling to faraway places and pottering in the garden.

Steve started his career in corporate estate agency 32 years ago and moved to the independent sector 20 years ago. He believes in old fashioned values where service and people come first. His last position was as an associate for another local reputable agency which he left to concentrate on fostering and helping disadvantaged children. Whilst continuing with this the time is now right for him to return to work for a reputable company like GL & Co. His experience and training have given him a good knowledge of the business. He was born and grew up in the local area and has many interests including motor racing, keeping fit, running and other sports.
Alex Travell - Assistant Manager - 01798 874033
Alex has plenty of experience working in the Storrington, Pulborough & West Chiltington areas and was delighted to join GL &C o in 2014. Growing up Alex has always had an interest in property, and has qualifications including Interior Design and Photography. He has worked in customer service roles since 2001 which fits in well with GL & Co who specialise at building an exceptional customer experience. Outside of work he loves to travel and has previously worked for an international cruise company. While at home he enjoys reading and watching films.
Anna Truman - Sales Consultant - 01798 874033
Anna has recently returned to work after a career break to bring up her four children. She started her career in London working for a busy estate agency in Wimbledon. She has lived locally for over 10 years and her children are at school locally. Anna believes that the customer should never have to ask twice and should always be aware of what is going to happen next, strong communication and inter-personal skills are her strongest attributes. She enjoys being around horses, country walks, supporting her children in their sporting pursuits and being outdoors in general.

Jan moved to Storrington in 2001 with her husband and daughter, working locally in Adult Education as an Administrator before joining GL & Co in 2014.
She enjoys walking in the South Downs, going to local farmers markets, supporting village events, cooking and gardening.

After working as a PA for an IT company in Wimbledon for 13 years, Anne and her partner decided it was time to flee the hustle and bustle of the area, so after selling up in Cheam, followed her brother, sister-in-law and niece down to West Sussex finally settling in Stopham near Pulborough.Now happily settled, she's wondering why she didn't do it sooner!
Anne Joined GL & Co Pulborough office in 2007 and got to know the surrounding area better than she'd ever anticipated!
Anne helps out at the annual beer festival at Amberley museum and when she's not sampling the delightful ales in the many traditional English hostelries, you'll find her gardening, out cycling or doing a spot of DIY.
Angie Blunden - Lettings Manager - 01903 744166
Angie started her estate agency career in 1986 working for a large corporate company in Pulborough.
After having her two daughters, she returned to work in 1993 to work for a small family run firm - GL & Co, with one office and five members of staff. The concept of a family run firm remains today and Angie feels privileged to be part of a friendly, approachable team.
Having lived in West Sussex all her life, she has an excellent knowledge of the local area. In her spare time Angie enjoys walking and travelling and she plays Stoolball for a local village team.
Teresa Figg - Lettings Property Manager - 01903 744166
Teresa joined GL & Co Estate Agents in 2017 on a part time basis supporting the Lettings team and started her full time role in January 2018. Property is a new career path for Teresa, prior to starting with GL & Co, she has spent her career in the Hospitality industry, managing several restuarants and also being the Landlord of several very popular and successful pubs within West Sussex. Teresa lives locally and is passionate about rugby, loves to read, walk, cook and spend time with her sisters and the rest of her family.

Charlotte lives in Littlehampton with her husband and two beautiful small children.
Charlotte has worked in Lettings for over 6 years and has a good understanding of most aspects of the Lettings business. Charlotte really enjoys helping both Landlords and tenants alike. Having previously worked for a large Letting Agency Charlotte is really enjoying working for a family owned business where people and excellent service really matter.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys reading, days out with her family and long walks along the beach.

Nick Churton - Chairman and Managing Director
After training in London over thirty years ago Nick went on to become a partner of a large estate agency firm in the Home Counties. Following the firm's sale in 1988 he became the national sales director for a large corporate firm of estate agents and later headed the property advertising team at Country Life magazine.
Susan Hawkins - Advertising Director
Susan's many years spent handling clients' advertising needs have given her an in-depth knowledge of media advertising throughout the UK. Through high volume advertising she is able to pass on to clients special reduced rates available only through Mayfair Office.
Annette Reeve - Business Development Director
An estate agent since leaving school, Annette was trained in the Home Counties and ran her own firm before joining Mayfair Office as its Business Development Director. Annette shares a deep understanding of estate agency management, structure and development with a keen interest in people and property: this makes her a popular source of fresh ideas for estate agency clients and also a welcome mine of valuable information and balanced advice to buyers and sellers.
