More Expansion in Lettings

We believe one of the keys to our success, and something that makes us different from many companies, is the continuity of familiar faces within the letting department.  We deal with our landlords for many years and so build a good relationship with them.  However expansion is also a wonderfully positive thing and we are delighted to have two new letting negotiators on board.

Philip Reynolds joined us in June this year and is now very well settled within the company.  Philip has been working in this area for many years already and lives locally.  He is very experienced in lettings and has familiarised himself with our portfolio very quickly.

Karen Loy has joined the company very recently and is based in our Horsham Office as this area of our letting department is expanding greatly.  Again Karen has many years experience in the letting industry and we are delighted that she has joined us.
