None of us have a crystal ball to look in to the housing market future surrounding Brexit, but it seems that, according to a recent index, during the 2 and a half years since the referendum, there seems to have been limited impact on the housing market.
This is some good news in amongst alot of uncertainty and possibly an opportunity to those considering selling or buying, even before next March.
According to the article in Property Reporter, housing markets seem to be in a 'business as normal' mode and will continue to be so until things become clearer.
Just last month we brought you another report in our Blog 'Should you stay or should you go', asking whether it was the right time or not and the more we read and see, the more it seems there is no right or wrong answer and Brexit shouldn't get in the way of your house sale or purchase.
