Complete assistance with your move including:
- We will accompany 100% of viewings on your property
- We can accompany you to view properties if you would like us to
- Feedback and progress updates to all authorised parties so everyone is kept informed and up to date
- Personal delivery of documents wherever possible, copied in to all relevant parties
- Personal support with collating information as well as assistance with completing forms and paperwork – we will come to you to help you at home if you need us
- Onwards sales negotiation for you to help you secure the property you require at a price that works
We have long standing relationships with professional and reputable contractors - we can liase with them on your behalf if necessary, as well as arranging removal companies and house clearances.
If you move to another property within our area we offer ongoing assistance with contractors and other services - we will telephone to follow up how the move has gone and see if we can provide further help.
