Did you know that since 2002 it has been possible for leaseholders to form a Right To Manage Company and to instruct a Managing Agent of their own choice*.

This means that you no longer have to be content with a poor service or exorbitant management fees from a Managing Agent that doesn't care about what you, the leaseholders, want or need.
